I put in my suitcases to keep them from getting mildewy. (I nest suitcases and store other travel bags inside, too.) These seem to keep everything fresh.

I live in a tropical climate where the humidity is known for causing mildew and mold on just about everything. I used these to keep my important documents stored in file cabinets mildew-free and smelling fresh—and put them inside shoe boxes and purses to stave off the mold. They work very well - and I found they need to be changed about once a year - maybe sooner if the humidity is high. This is my second time ordering and I highly recommend these. PS: I ordered the Large and included a pic for reference.

The packets seem to work fine, but it would be nice if there were instructions or suggestions for how many packets to use for a certain size container or space. While not every situation is exactly the same and conditions vary, it would be nice to have guidelines.It would also be nice if there was some information about when a packet should be replaced. Again, conditions vary, but there must be some indication from the condition of a packet to indicate it should be changed.
