Small enough to tuck away under a seat, but well packed with things you might need. Having had to help an injured skateboarder at a park, this is a welcome addition to my vehicle. Has something applicable to most day to day injuries. Case is quite sturdy and yet not too bulky.

I gifted this to my sister who recently bought her first boat, and I correctly suspected the boat probably didn’t come with a first-aid kit. I have to say, she was delighted with the surprise, and it’s the first time she called me immediately upon receipt of something I sent her to gush about it. The soft pack is ideal for stowing in a boat cabin, and the aid items just seem to go on and on. Even the scissors and knife were of a higher quality than I would expect or have experienced with other kits in the past. Of course, I grilled her on the most important aspect of something like this: Are you able put everything back in once you’ve taken it out? According to her, the pack is surprisingly spacious and very easy to re-assemble once you’ve broken it down. Honestly, I don’t know how a product of this higher quality exists at this price. Great safety kit. Better gift, in my opinion.

I ordered this for a backpacking trip. I have stuff for first-aid already obviously, but it's so nice having this super organized pack with some additional tools in it! A bit clunky and large, but It fits literally everything you need for potential issues on the trail. Definitely something y'all need to have if you do any sort of hiking or other activity (if' you're looking you probably already know this) Its a really nice pack and everything is themed to match. It's not as if they got generic materials and included them but it feels like they included their own equipment.

This first aid kit has everything you need in a medial emergency. We plan on using this kit in our car for one of those ‘what if’ situations. This kit provides a lot of different materials that other first aid kits do not include. My son has broken his forearm twice, and having the adjustable splint would have been perfect to keep his arm still while I drove him to the hospital. This kit has everything one would need, from band aids for minor scrapes, to a CPR mask. I feel prepared for any emergency that may occur from now on. I also think it’s priced appropriately considered how much you get in the kit, and the storage bag seems very compact and durable.

Nice kit if you're expecting someone to experience a very traumatic injury. Useless for day to day se since it does not include any basic supplies such as band aids, first aid ointment or pain releiver.

This First Aid Hemostasis Kit is not what would call an ordinary bandaid-filled home first aid kit; this is a very SERIOUS first aid kit that's a step beyond the home first aid kit. It's packed with emergency supplies to attend to broken bones, burns, and traumatic injuries and heavy bleeding. VERY nice kit, and refillable if you use some of the stuff. There's no instruction manual, but the designers of this kit have put an at-a-glance image of how each product is used, and quick brief details. No fumbling and searching a manual on what to do. It's a real good idea to go through this kit and familiarize yourself with everything and how to use it. This is one of those kind of kits you hope you never have use, but you sure will be glad you have it if you do.The bag is water resistant with a waterproof inner lining. It can be attached to a back pack with clips or velcro, a belt, or a strap. Quick to get to, a good size, and fast opening double zippers. This is an excellent quality first aid kit and great value.

My son is the Senior Patrol Leader in his Boy Scout troop and goes camping at least once a month. I wanted something that could keep up with the kind of situations he might face—and this first aid kit does the job. It’s packed with essentials like a splint, Israeli bandage, chest seals, and burn gel, plus all the usual basics like gauze, tape, gloves, and scissors. It’s not just a "Band-Aid and aspirin" type of kit—this one’s built for real emergencies. The pouch is compact but sturdy, made from tough nylon with strong zippers and a simple strap system so he can clip it onto his backpack. The inside is neatly organized and everything stays in place even when it’s bouncing around during hikes. It's surprisingly light for how much it holds, and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. This gives me peace of mind knowing he has real tools with him if something ever goes wrong out on the trail. Whether it's a scrape or something more serious, he’s better equipped now than most adults I know.

This is an Amazon Vine review of the Thriaid Survival First Aid Kit with Israeli Bandage, Splint, Chest Seal, Tactical Military Combat Molle IFAK for Wound Care, Bleeding Control, Trauma Hemorrhage and More...This is a very nice starter IFAK package. I actually have 2 nearly identical bags that I put together by hand with individual pieces. The bad itself is great size and an easy attachment to your molle get home or bug out bags.Inside are an assortment of useful and necessary items that will suffice on their own in most cases. As there is some room to spare, I would recommend adding a tourniquet or shlisman bandage, a chem light, water purification tabs, antibacterial cream, handwarmer and some immidium tabs. Of course, each person should build their IFAK to their own needs, but what you have here is a well thought out and complete kit that holds its own. After I add a couple more personal items, this one will be in my car 24/7 as a readily available emergency, 1st aid kit.
