How to make a delicious creme brulee?
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
2. Pour the 80g sugar and a little vanilla extract into 800g milk, heat and stir until melts.
3. Whisk up 6 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks with the blender (lightly, otherwise there will be a lot of bubbles)
4. Stir the egg mixture while pouring the milk to make it evenly mixed.
5. Pour this mixture into the ramekin dish and fill the baking pan with hot water. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking every 10 minutes after 35-40 minutes.
6. Refrigerate them at least 2 hours will be more delicious.
7. Sprinkle a thin layer of the light sugar on the top of each. Use a kitchen blowtorch to evenly melt and caramelize the sugar.

I see there's reviews for different types of bowls and I want it clear that my review is for the square 10oz Porcelain Ramekins with Handles for Baking dish. It's a really nice heavy duty well made bowl. And perfect for single servings. However my intended use was to use it for a feeding dish for my cats. They're heavy enough not to slide around and being square instead of round cuts back on the amount of food that they push out of a ROUND bowl onto the floor when eating. And they look nice and are easy to clean. I've included pictures of it sitting next to a 16oz bottle of bottle to give an idea of the size of the 10oz bowl.

I LOVE these ramekins. They are the perfect side to make smaller side dishes or dips. It is a fairly deep dish which makes it great for baking dips in the oven. I will say the smaller size makes it so that I need to double check I am placing it evenly on my oven rack, lest it falls through, but that is easily done and can be remedied by putting it on a cooking sheet if you are nervous about that! I really Love these ramekins they are the perfect size for what I needed. I make my own keto 90 second breads and decided to try these and they come out perfect. Very good quality and clean up easy. They were so perfect I ended up buying the round ones as well. Would recommend to anyone!!

I am cooking for one now and all my other oven ware pieces were too large. I got Joanie Zisk cookbook, Cooking for One, from Amazon and this is the perfect size. I also bought a set and the book for each of my sisters. I can make a single serving of lasagna, a pineapple upside down cake in another an omelette in another, the list goes on. I love having four.

I love these! I’m using them to make mini lasagnas and pot pies. This way my recipe uses less sodium vs. store bought frozen dinners. When the kids move out and your still cooking for a big family because some habits are just too hard to break! Lol! Freezing dinners in smaller portions and throwing one into the oven when needed works best for my husband and I. I bought 2 sets. They’re also great for making pies! I highly recommend getting these and the different colors are so nice! Easy to clean and really a sturdy nice product. Just buy them, you’ll see :)
