It's a very practical little mat rolled up in a tube. Just unroll it and slide it under the ladder.

This is nice. Not supper thick but will help with the wear that the ladders do. Your ladder will have to be stationary or it will move around though.

We've wanted to protect the floor of the pool under the ladder but were concerned a mat would collect/generate mildew. This doesn't look like it'll be an issue. I didn't really think about how narrow 9" is but after measuring the width of the ladder feet, this will be fine.Assuming it stays put, being just small enough for the ladder feet, there's less surface area to get yucky. At under $10, I think this is a well-priced way to protect your pool lining.

I had high hopes for this.Everything looked good.However the feet barely fit on this mat.It is definitely rectangle and very long, but not wide.Maybe so you can cut it down?I really don't see us using this as I doubt the ladder will stay on the mat since it barely fits.The kids will most definitely move it around.I will probably return this item.I would recommend a bigger one that you can cut down if needed.Better to have to much then not enough.
