I have both a multi-prong towel rack similar to this and a 11"H wood & metal coat rack similar to this design. So I was surprised to see how tiny it was when it arrived, although it measures as described. I have included a picture with a Zippo lighter and a Sharpie pen for scale. Despite it's tiny size, it is lightweight and takes up little space on the 6" wide wall next to my shower exit where I can hang towels and a chemise. It is made of a powder-coated metal, not plastic.

I installed this in a weird place behind my bedroom door so that my lady would have a nice and convenient place to hang her robe. I liked the build quality and how easy it was to install (four screws with anchors if you aren't lucky enough to have a stud). It also adjusted easily with each arm being independent. It's not big, but that's exactly what was needed in this tricky loction. Recommended.
