The template that that holds the pieces was broken on delivery. It was a Christmas gift so that was pretty annoying. Apparently it is a common occurrence for it to come broken, but a new one was pretty easy to have exchanged. Having to return it to a UPS store over the holiday is a hassle though.

I would have given it 5 stars if the template guide wasn't broken.The guide to hold the templates is broken. Very disappointed about that. The gloves fit very well. (My hands are a medium) The templates seem fairly sturdy. I received 20 of those round little stickers to help hold the template in place. There weren't any missing items. However, I DO wish they would include an instruction guide. I'm sure I can find something online that'll help with that. (I've never used templates B4) Overall, I'm not completely disappointed. I knew from other reviews that the template guide usually arrives broken when others receives theirs. But for the price, I thought I'd give it a try. Overall, I'm not completely disappointed. I DID glue it with some high quality glass/plastic glue & it fixed the broken piece perfectly. Now all I have to do is make some type of handles for the template holder because there really isn't anyway to hold it steady while sewing

The frame was broken. I taped it up to use because I didn’t want to return it. Otherwise it is fine.

Product arrived undamaged. Too small for the Juke HZL-G220 walking foots for Free Motion Quilting. Currently using them as stencils. Other than that they work fine.
