older style T8 bulbs designed for desert reptiles, claiming a higher UVB than rainforest reptiles, the fixture must match the bulb, these function properly, work as expected, shipped quickly & arrived well packaged without damage.

These are a perfect replacement for the original bulb that came with my light. I like that you get a two pack because it is always best to have a spare on hand for something required daily for your lizard

I needed these bulbs for my Hermann's tortoises which require UVB light to prevent a vitamin D deficiency.The bulbs arrived in perfect condition in a well labeled, original container. Fluorescent bulbs can be easily become damaged, or worse, broken, in shipping. These were packaged in a sturdy box and each bulb was protected with a foam sleeve for protection.Once installed, they functioned exactly as they should.

These bulbs fit my box store light fixtures nicely. Unfortunately, they are giving me the same issues that my other bulbs were. Which leads me to believe that my issues reside with my fixture itself. I will keep these bulbs and use them with a replacement fixture. If I encounter any issues, I will adjust this review accordingly.

High quality bulbs! Brightness works very well for a medium sized reptile tank. Bought to go with our leopard gecko’s 40 gallon tank. Not sure about the lifespan yet, but works well out of the box.

The bulbs came well packaged with no issues with breakage. These will not fit a t5 holder so make sure you have a t8 fixture. It lights bright and does emit uvb when checked with a Sola Mater.

These bulbs work great and get the job done. My reptiles are happy so I'm happy. It helps that these bulbs come in this two pack since I like to change them out every 6 months or so. Plus, if one blows out on me or if I break it because of my own fault, I can quickly replace it. My reptiles depend on these bulbs to live. It's important that I get quality lighting at a decent price and this meets my expectations for both. Mounting the bulbs is quick and easy and they fit without jiggling around-- nice and snugly. No issues there. They provide warmth and help my little ones synthesize VitaminD3 which they literally need to survive and thrive. I have no complaints. I'm happy.
