Can't hear outgoing message on phone that is calling. Customer service number on machine is out of service.

We are unable to get it to ring 4 times. It either rings 2 or 6 and by then the fax machine comes on.

I received it and it did not work straight out of the box. I am still trying to contact Conair regarding a replacement. Would probably give a better review if the thing would just work.

Simple to set up, but the length of the incoming message is fixed at 45 seconds...too short for many people.

This answering machine proved to be defective. The ringer select switch would only work on the two ring setting. That meant it picked up a call immediately after the first ring. The sound quality was very poor, making it extremely difficult to understand the messages. From the paperwork it appears to be a left over from the early 2000s.The seller was most gracious in providing a refund.

I was disappointed that each message is erased after listening if I don't save it. Then if you save it the green light keeps going off and on like it is a new message. I prefer to be able to erase my messages manually.

Purchased this to fit on a small desk. It fits perfectly because of its compact design. It is easy to set up and use. Good product, good price.
