Application

Widely used in many fields such as aviation, machinery, electricity, chemical industry, construction, medicine, etc., commonly used to measure force, pressure, displacement, strain, torque, acceleration, etc.

electronic scale module

Installation size and wiring definition: (unit mm)

P3 wiring definition:

+24V: Positive power supply

GND: negative power supply

V: Output voltage of 0~10v

I: Output 4~20mA current

GND: negative power supply

Note: Potentiometer RV1 (OFFER) adjusts the output midpoint value;

Potentiometer RV2 (ADJ) adjusts the output gain (amplification factor);

CH1 channel wiring definition

  1. VDD, positive pole of electronic scale power supply (usually red)
  2. I+, electronic scale in-phase input (usually green)
  3. I-, electronic scale inverting input (usually white)
  4. GND, negative pole of electronic scale power supply (usually black)

The gain and zero settings are horrible, unstable and changes too much from one to another amplifier board. Calibration is a nightmare. And they also randomly die. Also very overpriced, there are other options on amazon for half the price.
