Parking line display for proper parking and reversing without relying on side mirrors alone. It offers safety for your Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Years 1999-2006 pickup.

If you want to remove the camera's default parking lines from the screen, use your wire strippers to expose the copper of both green wires, then use a wire crimper and butt connector to join them.
Camera w/Tailgate Handle Designed for Silverado and GMC Sierra Years 1999-2006
This is an aftermarket camera w/tailgate handle for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Years 1999-2006, for the power supply, connect the red wire from our cable to a 12 volt power source.
Depending on your setup, may be a power wire that only turns on when the vehicle is in reverse. Or if you wanted the camera to always be on, you can connect it to a 12v source.

After a year the camera still works. The fit was kind of loose, but after modifying I got a good fit.

fit looks factory and installation was straight foreword, it was nice that it had the power running along the data cable so i didn't have run an additional reverse cable to the head unit.

Works really well compared to other versions of this. Plastic is a bit more pliable than my last one so the tabs did not break this time! Camera is fine with my 2-din head unit resolution.

Was a little worried about fitment in the tailgate from reading reviews, but it seemed to fit snug and doesnt fall out. Going on a couple months now and no problems. Would recommend this product. Easy setup splicing into the reverse tail light and then into the back of your head unitUpdate. Year and a half later and this backup camera is still working. Great product for the price
