This product is real garbage. Then customer service never responds.

I set this up carefully as instructed, intending to use it for in-ear monitoring on a headphone output of an MG series Yamaha mixer. Despite its attractive price and positive reviews, it was disappointing. It introduced significant noise to the signal, rendering it unusable. Furthermore, it lacks a full-range, flat frequency response. As a result, I couldn't rely on it to make any adjustments to the mix or the EQ coming from the mixer.

Kept breaking up even a couple of feet apart.

It’s great other than the fact that you can’t select channels. So only one can be used at a time in a group.

I love these in-ears. Rather than being tethered to the Powerplay 16 personal mixer we have at church (which constantly pulled out of my ears because the clips are all missing), I decided to look into remote in-ears. I like the idea of the neck harness, too, rather than a wire that goes to a box you clip to your belt or back pocket. The Takstar WPM 500 works well. No delay and have long enough range. I can go to the back of the church (~80+ feet?) before losing what's coming through the system.

Works well but I don’t like that you can’t attach your own iems. The ones they have built in are overly bassy.
