This ring set-up is for the shooter who prefers the sleek profile of a non-detachable vertically split ring. It is subject to the same quality control as all Talley products. Using larger screws and no moving parts, this system is as rigid as it looks. Utilizing the same double recoil shoulder base as the detachable rings, the fixed ring system will also stand up to the most brutal of magnum cartridges. the Talley fixed ring system provides hunters and shooters a secure ring set-up at a reasonable price. 30mm Med.

If you are using on a scope with flip up rear cover, you cannot see the level. Only good if on a scope without covers

Great idea, well made, easy to assemble, and make for a quick peek to confirm level. Nicely streamlined, as nothing is sticking out to the side, but that is also a problem. The problem comes in with dialing elevations. Unless you scope has a gigantically tall elevation turret, this level will likely block your view of the elevation numbers.

Looks great and tops off my rifle build with an extra attention to detail

Great concept but the firearm AND the scope reticle AND the level have to be leveled up simultaneously.Seems to be constructed well. Spope covers cannot be opened vertically without blocking view of the level.

My previous experience with QD rings is with Warne and those were outstanding. These Talley Rings are very good but because of the structure of the CZ base they're not as quick as the Warne. They require actually rotating more than the quarter turn the Warne's needed. That's a fact of the base design not the fault of Talley.
