Very good quality belt leather that has nice consistent thickness and is supple yet tough. The veg tanned finished have all been excellent and I've bought many times with this listing and always received quality leather with as pictured color. I will keep buying from this listing because I know the quality of leather I'm going to get will be good and most importantly consistent. It's always delivered fast with Amazon prime and that's a huge plus!

This saved me a lot of time and effort. I needed straps for my armor for the SCA, and this was super easy, thick and high quality. I also dyed it red. So glad this was an option so I didn’t have to drive an hour+ to Tandy and buy more leather than I needed.Pic is showing this being used for the shoulder straps of the lamellar

Great value and uniform thickness. But you get what you pay for, it is lower quality. Leather is very dry and stiff upon delivery and only about 40” of the strip is usable due to the blemishes. This being said, I still will likely purchase again as it is a lot for the price and comes in one-day shipping. Great for when you’re in the middle of a project and run out of leather!

I am Very pleased with the quality of this leather. Almost perfectly smooth, quite supple. The edges are straight, without deviation in width. The length is at least 50". I purchased this to make a belt, and this will suit my needs well. At the price a paid, I find this a great bargain. Though I would have been pleased had I paid twice the amount.I would never accept compensation for a review. I don't believe in that.Randy

Excellent leather!All leather is unique, but there are general qualities; mine was "Very Good."I was very impressed. Mine was a strip of high quality, thick, leather.Smooth on one side, rough on the other. So...normal...as would be expected.Protector:I wanted leather strip for protecting "things" that I wanted to "grip" with pliers.Instead of mauling "things" with pliers, traditionally, leather has been used between the tool and the part to transfer torque without the teeth of a tool gouging the surface or face of the "thing" to be turned. (Tighten or loosen.)Belts & leather projects:I haven't made a belt since the 1970s, but I recommend this for belts because it's very nice leather.Very smooth, clean, continuous color, nice feel, normally supple.

It is ok. The rough part of leather pieces are falling apart easily and quickly after just a few back and forth trial stomping a knife on it. So I am not sure it is the right leather for stomping use. To make other accessories like belt, this is a good qulaity.
