I have a vacation rental in Hawaii. Recent guests asked me if I had luggage racks, and I did not. They asked if I'd order 4, and so I did. They were so happy that their suitcases could be off the floor. I only wish they came pre-assembled, but all the tools to assemble were in the box. :)

Product was exactly as described. Overall good quality materials and easy to assemble. The initial shipment from the manufacturer included one faulty part, but their customer service was outstanding and they immediately replaced with a new luggage rack. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a good quality, sturdy, portable and foldable luggage rack.

This is a very sturdy luggage rack and I'm very happy with it. The only issue is that it needed assembly, which was not hard, but just unexpected.

These are great. We ordered four because we wanted one for each bedroom of our Airbnb units. There is a bit of a trick to putting them together so that they fold up correctly. The directions do not mention that one side has a short bar and then you put the other short bar on the opposite side. Once we figured that out, it was easy to assemble all four and have them fold easily.

At first glance the rack seems easy to assemble; however, that is not the case. The allen wrench stripped and didn’t allow me to finish putting the rack together and the bottom piece does not seem to completely fit.. i tried to remove the bottom rack and try again but I couldn’t due to the allen wrench being stripped. I requested a refund but they want me to package the rack and send it back... its 98% put together and I have no way of taking it apart without completely breaking it.

The product is durable and functional. In the case of the one we bought, the bottom shoe rack shelf is a bit too deep (or the upper luggage straps too short) such that the shoe shelf doesn't quite connect to the bottom rail of the stand's legs. It still works ok, but its supposed to connect

These are well made, and solid when assembled. Assembly was easy, once I figured out which side used the shorter rods. The first one took a little time, but the other three went very quickly. The assembly kit contains all the fasteners and tools required, but I didn't realize at first that 4 of the bolts are already placed in the ends of the rods they fasten, and I thought the assembly kits were short 4 bolts. Not so--and their customer service was very accommodating of my request for more bolts. My bad! These are a solid value, if you need multiple luggage racks.

After I put together the 1st of 4, and figured out what I did wrong, it was easy to take apart and fix, then put the other 3 together. These came in so handy when we had guests for the holidays. I was looking for something that had the shoe rack under the suitcase rack. Now I’m using them for sweater drying racks. Good buy!

I rarely (if ever) leave negative reviews - if I’m not crazy about something, I just don’t review it at all. However, this item was definitely not up to par with my expectations, especially given the 4.1/5 star rating. I’ll admit that it was a mixed bag of reviews, but here is what my rating comes down to:1. The listing states that it is a “strong metal structure” made of “quality iron” and “safe paint”. Well, it is metal. I’m not sure I’d call it quality iron (maybe aluminum at best), and as for the safe paint part, my hands were stained black after I’d put it together just from handling the pieces.2. The shoe shelf on the bottom doesn’t really fit on the rack, as it sticks out about an inch/inch and a half past the cross bar it is supposed to snap onto. I would grant some leeway to allow the rack’s X-bar design to expand some or to make it easier to get up and down when you fold it, but it sticks out so far that if you happened to get too close to it with your bare ankle, you’d probably need a band-aid.3. It was relatively easy to assemble, provided you don’t use the Allen wrench and open-ended spanner that comes with it. Both provided tools stripped on the second screw - yes, you read that right - the tools stripped, not the screws. So if you don’t have an Allen wrench set, you may want to buy one before you buy this.4. The luggage straps across the top are held in place with a little screw. Luckily, the screws are easily visible/accessible since I had to take off two of the straps and turn them so all the straps were facing the same direction with the stitching on the bottom.5. The instructions provide pictures to help you assemble it, but I’d have had more luck trying to read the German portion since the English was just as confusing. This is verbatim from the User’s Manual: Step one - Attach double A with screw H I J using spanner D and E. Step two - Attach A B C and F with screw G using spanner D. Step three - Finish appearance.6. I will give credit where credit is due. It is black, it does fold up, and it certainly is lightweight. I’m not sure how well it will hold up, since the materials are so shoddy, but even at this price point there has to be something better.All in all, I’d give it the one star rating anyway because it is a “Folding Metal Suitcase Luggage Stand, Double Tiers Luggage Holder with Shoe Shelf, Luggage Stand for Bedroom, Guest Room, Hotel (Black)”.**UPDATE**After submitting my review and dealing with Tangkula’s customer service that reached out to me to address my concerns, I decided to increase my rating from one star to three. They immediately addressed my concerns and offered a perfect resolution to help correct my issues. They were friendly, helpful, appreciative of my feedback, and prompt in responding to each one of my concerns. So while I was not so pleased with this product, after working with them, I would definitely consider purchasing another item from them to give it another shot. Good customer service makes all the difference in the world!
