This deep fryer is perfect for my large family. So far we have done wings (2 dozen at a time), fries (2.5 lbs at a time) and regular chicken (8 pieces at once).The temperature controls on the front takes all the guessing out of cooking with it and the timer is a huge help too. The whole thing is very user friendly and they have obviously put some thought into the functionality of it. It has a lid you can put over the top while cooking with it which keeps splatters and smells from permeating your kitchen and the drain at the bottom might be my favorite part. All you have to do is turn a lever and you can filter and drain the oil right back into the container it came in for storage between uses. Every part cleans easily and it is really nice quality. Think commercial kitchen quality. I would definitely recommend this!
