Product stopped working after 45 days. Which is 15 days past the return window for it apparently. After fighting with amazon to get it returned they agreed but didn't fill me on a 45 dollar damage fee that they tacked on the refund. Would not recommend buying anything from this company and definitely make sure you are not going to be charged a damage fee if you do buy and have to return it.

I received my unit and had it installed. It worked fine at first but soon started tripping one of the two breakers. I informed the sellers about my problem. They replied with a couple of possible solutions for me to try. Their solutions did not fix my problems, so they promptly sent me a replacement unit at no cost. My new unit was installed and so far it is working very well!Thanks,Jerome Harmon

I chose this unit to replace an approximately 1 year old Rheem 18kw unit that started self destructing 9 months after purchase. The ECOTOUCH got the nod due to no water surrounding the heating elements. This unit works perfectly, plenty of hot water and no flickering of lights (as in the Rheem). Easy to install and a great value.Couldn’t be happier!

Had an issue but was never t on the part of the product. Reached out to seller for guidance and they were extremely helpful. They walked me through every issue I had to get the most out of the product. Would buy again.Note to buyer, make sure your house is rated for it. You need a minimum of 113 amps to run this optimally.

I love this tankless water heater, however I did not have the proper power wiring and circuits to handle it. I had to return the unit. It requires two separate 240v 40amp circuits. I would have had to dig a new 18 inch deep trench after calling 811. Remove circuit breakers from master house panel to add 2 double pole 40 amp breakers, and run 200 feet of 6 gauge wire to mother in law apartment.
