This water heater comes with a remote control and this unit outputs 5,000W which is plenty of power to instantly heat the water up. The remote has all functions to set the water temperature, turn the unit on/off etc..Unfortunately, I've been trying to have my plummer install my unit for several weeks, but he is still backed up and can't do the install for a few more weeks. So, my review can only be about the build quality of the unit. It feels very sturdy and seems to be of high quality. I have managed to attach it to power to test and the display lighted up with no errors so I think my unit is operational.I am excited to have this instant water heater installed so that in my kitchen, I can have instant hot water and not needing to run the water for at least 20 seconds before it warms up! That will help me save on lots of wasted water and is much more efficient that way. But, I'll need to wait a little longer...Once it is installed, if there are any major issues, I will be sure to update my review so that you can be aware what I encountered. It seems relatively easy to install, but I'm leaving it to a professional to make sure it's installed correctly. For the price, I feel that this is a good deal. Of course, I also can't speak about long-term longevity, but I feel it should be very reliable. I feel for the selling price, this is a good value, especially witg all the water that will be saved once it's in operation and the convenience of having instant hot water.

Just hook this up. And it's working great. I like the fact that it's 110 power so I can put it under each of the sinks throughout the house. It's very quick. You don't waste water very simple to hook up. And as soon as you turn it on. You have hot water. I actually turned it down so it doesn't have to run that hard. Or that much energy, because you instantly have hot water. Which is great because snow wasted electricity or wasted water. It works good for so far for the kitchen sink. I haven't tried it anywhere else yet. But so far it gives you plenty of hot water right away. I would assume it would work well for the shower. As well, haven't got that far. No leaks, a great deal for the money. Save electricity. And water so that in itself is a great savings instant water hot at the sink instead of waiting for about at least up 35,45 seconds of water wasted. And then also electricity wasted for the hot water. That's still left in the line that I don't use. It's definitely awesome put one in every room and watch your water and electricity. Go down They're only on when you use them, which is perfect. Instead of heating 75 gallons of water all day long. All right, we'll be putting one in at every week. Place that I can in my house that needs hot water. It's well made easy to install, just pay attention to what you're doing. Use the tape on the threads, which is plumbers.Tape, and you should have no problems.Whatsoever so far excellent

Excellent 110V instant hot water unit for specific location. My shop has a sink that takes a long time to generate hot water. This was my solution. This wires into 110v and easily installs to the waterlines and sink. Not only does it have a display on the unit, even nicer is the remote. It is so simple to change the temperature of the water. Now, if I need a specific job that requires extremely hot water I can set it and when I am ready it will be available. I no longer will get frustrated waiting. And it is competitively priced too. It was packaged well and delivered in a timely fashion. I have been invited to participate in the Amazon Vine program and it is my responsibility to offer an unbiased opinion. I hope you found this review helpful.

This item is okay quality. It goes pretty hand in hand with the price and similar quality of other heaters in this price range. I installed it in my basement right next to the breaker panel and mop sink. When I ordered this I didn't realize it required a 30 amp breaker and kind of defeated the point of not getting a professional to install a heater at that sink. Just for longevity sake though I'd probably spend a little more upfront and get something you won't have to touch again.
