This gets your water room temperature at best. If you want a warm or hot shower- do not order this tankless water heater.

This unit should get a five star evaluation but, longevity has not been tested yet. Other similar unit(other brand). Only lasted 3 years. I gave that one a five star, how was I to know?

hot water tank broke so needed a new system. tankless water power limited to existing wiring. this tankless system works perfectly. and since there is no tank for nasty bacteria to grow I can set the temperature lower, at 105F, and save money. Only heating water I use. Also, no nasty gases (hydrogen) and no need for an expansion tank. And saved me $2k-$3k as it was simple to install myself. Win win win win.

Works great did a lot of research on tankless hot water heaters to make sure I get full water pressure taking a shower I live in North Central Florida with well water around 72 and I have 40 60 water pressure well pump I'm able to turn up hot water and cold water at full pressure seems like I have more water pressure because it's not going through a hot water heater tank

This was a replacement for an older unit under my kitchen sink, Easy hook up and it works great,,,,Always remember to add a canister filter on the hot side to keep hard water chips out of your faucet.

Would have preferred the 11kWh but not enough room in the electrical box. Only using for laundry room (wash sink and washer). With ground water 67 in winter only gets to 98, unless flow turned down to restrict. But this is fine for the washer. And mop sink. This summer I am sure will get very hot (desert location). Will use that time to clean in cleansing cycles through the washer with “Ahh! Some “ cleaner. Love getting rid of the gas water heater big space hog, vs small clean box on the wall. Haven’t had long enough to know impact on power bill. But many use cold to wash with anyway.
