These things are worthless, they literally go off when no one is even in the room placed in. I believe they are triggered by sound and movement, so worthless. Would not order again. Plus took long time to receive.

These alarms have helped train my 5 month old kitten to stay off the surfaces he is not allowed on in my home. He responds well to the alarm and it alerts me when I am in another area so I can reinforce with a negative action. I have only had this for a week or so and am already seeing good results. This product is a great way to let your fur babies learn their boundaries in your home.

We have a pet rabbit, and this works great for what we need it to do. Alert us when he's on the couch. This alarm is not loud enough to scare even a rabbit away, so I was a little disappointed at first in this product especially for the price. However, after realizing the noise wasn't going to scare him away, I started using these to just let me know If he was on the couch or wherever I didn't want him to be. For this they work great. I can come right away and discipline him and it has worked. If you're buying these to put somewhere in the hopes that the sound will scare your pet away, you'll probably be disappointed. If you use these as a "Tattletale" alarm they work great and I've found it a great tool to discipline our bunny. He now equates the sound with me coming to chase him off the couch and it has worked. I'm glad I bought them now. I'm knocking one star off simply because the sound needs to be louder if it's going to scare anything away, although I don't think even a louder sound would intimidate most pets.

It worked wonderful for about a year and a half. We no longer had to worry about sneaky dogs lying on the couches. Then out of nowhere something went horribly wrong and it goes off all of the time like the sensor went bad. Happened to both of them within months of each other. Too much money for not enough use.

I bought these after watching an episode of "Lucky Dog" with Brandon McMillan. They work wonderfully! Lola is only 38 pounds but she has long legs and likes to get into things when I leave. I put one on the kitchen table and one on a counter top. The alarm is high pitched and can be a little sensitive, but it keeps her out of the kitchen. I'm seriously considering ordering two more to cover more space as she did pull a placemat down yesterday and it did not survive! Anyhoo, 4 out of the last 5 times I left for an errand she didn't get into anything. Awesome!

About two months ago our 130 pound black lab started tipping over the garbage can to get to the “treats”. He never before has touched the garbage since we have the touchless that he could not get in to. I have tried everything short of moving it into the bathroom with the door closed including putting a chair in front of it to keep him out but the chair would be moved and the garbage cans tipped over with igarbage from one side of the house to the other when I came home. I found this product and it has worked from day one! All I do is hang it from the garbage bag and he has not touched the can in two weeks even though I have left full of chicken bones to tempt him to verify that this product works. I also have two cats that like getting up on our kitchen island to play with the fish in the fishbowl. It has also worked for them. I would give this products 10 stars and am planning on ordering more. Thank you for helping me solve my problem in a very affordable, effective way!!!

The overall feedback I give this item is that it works, but it’s very clumsily and shoddily built. It’s not much to look at and it’s anything but discreet. It’s also very difficult to turn on the device without activating it so you are forced to listen to the noise each and every time you use it. That said, it is extremely effective for our 65 pound lab. So effective, in fact, that we bought three of them for the two beds in the couch she likes to sit on while we are away. I would by this again But know that it comes with some downsides

I was about to purchase multiple scat mats for kitchen counters and a new leather couch. I am glad I decided to go with these. Convenient , covers entire countertop without having multiple mats I would have to roll up all the time. We have a great dog but he is real naughty about counter surfing and getting into things when we are gone. We simply turn these small devices on and come home to a house without anything taken off counter. He ate 7 avocados -7- ate them completely. Thought he would get sick. I digress. Since having these great little gadgets he has not taken anything off counters. We also bought a new couch that I was going to buy an expensive large scar mat for. No need. I put it on couch, went to bed heard alarm go off once - he came into our bedroom to protest the situation but did not get back on couch. I highly recommend these easy, small effective alternatives to scar mats. I bought 2 packs of 2 and gave one to a friend who has had issues with her dog getting into garbage. She told me her dog has stopped. She tried cayenne pepper, mousetraps-as did we- but this stopped her dogs garbage habit. She hangs it on side of garbage - no need to put it in garbage. Highly recommend this product!
