center hub broke out - contacted supplier they wouldn't replace the defective taylor black poly wheel- i not happy with this manufacture or the seller

On the second use of these wheels the center piece (bushing?) pulled out on both wheels. I thought Taylor Made would be a quality product- not so. The actual wheel appears sturdy but I have had to improvise to make them work. They are very poorly assembled.I regret this purchase.

Nylon hub is well made.Wheels appeared durable and slid on axel easily.Recommend product.Product was purchased to raise and lower a boat ramp and to provide four wheels for a boat trolley.Worked very well.
