  • Revolutionize your sharpening process with our Drill Press Sharpening System. Say goodbye to dull chisels and inefficient sharpening methods. Engineered for precision and speed, this system is the most cost-effective solution for restoring razor-sharp edges to your woodworking tools.
  • Efficient and Cost-Effective Sharpening: Resharpen a dulled chisel in less than 20 seconds and restore a razor-sharp edge on even the most abused chisels in under 60 seconds. The entire system costs less than a single sharpening stone!
  • Versatile Design: Designed to sharpen chisels and other blades up to 2-3/8" in width, it addresses most of the sharpening needs in the professional, amateur and DIY workshop.

6" Cubitron II PSA Multipack (3 each of 80, 120, 150, 180, 220 grits)

You have to build the tool rest for it. My advice to Taylor. Make a sturdy wood or plastic holder and charge $30 more.

This item should have come with instructions included. We had to download them ourselves after having to sign up to receive the download, and then for the second set of instructions we had to download another website. This is not ok!!!!

Fantastic product. Would have rated it 5 stars, but the honing compound (listed) was missing from the package.

I have been woodworking for only about 5 years and have been very hesitant to use hand tools like chisels and planes, until now. The few times I have tried I have had less than great performance. I thought I was an ok sharpener using diamond stones and a guide. However, when I got the Taylor Tools drill press sharpening system I realized I wasn't even coming close to sharp. I do a lot of my work with soft woods since I can't afford most hardwoods and it isn't locally available except from big box stores which change too much. Because soft woods are difficult due to the grain collapsing I gave up on using hand tools. Now after using this system I can easily shave even endgrain construction lumber with just a slight push of the chisel. I do wish they offered an upgraded kit that came with the blade holding jig but even making mine out of sanded plywood, no hardwoods at the time, it came out great! Thanks TayTools and Amazon!
