The kit is complete except for tools and instructions.There are resources to help but this will likely involve lots of removal and some know howIf you are comfortable working on car engines, no problem.If you are not comfortable with DIY engine work (remove and install), skip timing belt and water pump replacements.You can mark the new belt with the index marks you see on the old belt ORuse a cam tensioner and remove the crank pully and replace that way but requires cam tensioner
