We installed these on the side of our home. We did have to get different hardware cause what comes in the box does not do well with brick and mortar. They hung on during hurricane Sally. We still have all 3 of our 10 ft kayaks. They were on the side of the house that got the least amount of wind but still impressive.

Crap. Absolute crap. I have 4 kayaks I keep out by my pond and thought these were a good answer. I was never more incorrect. Not only did these not sit securely to the 4x4 posts they swiceled on the weak plastic mounts. Every time I tried to load or unload a kayak they swung making it difficult at best for one person. These have only been up for just over a month and now the one pictured snapped clean at the weld. Maybe try bubble gum mr welder cause that didn't work. Of course, the return period has lapsed so I will go back the using 2x4s to lay the kayaks on vice these thin, tinfoilish hangars. DO NOT BUY!

Bought 3 sets of these hooks for three 3 kayaks. Second pair out of the box, one breaks right in my hand as im preparing to attach it to the wall.

Lightweight, strong, very easy to install. Both of my kayaks are under 60 lbs., so these hangers had no problem supporting them. I couldn't hang my paddles on the underneath hooks as intended. They fold flat against the wall when not in use which is great. look good and work well. Very satisfied.

Worked great, no instructions but if you mount the first clamps under the hook support bar, and then the second clamp on the top bracket slide bar, they are easy to install and very sturdy.

This set worked great for both my kayaks , I installed in my basement wall , easy install and hold really strong. perfect for winter storing your kayaks, both are in the 70's in weight.when not using wall mounts , you can fold them towards the wall to save space .I and happy with this purchase.
