When I first got the tumbler, I thought it was really good quality. It was really pretty, and the water tasted really good inside.However, less than a week into using the tumbler (it didn't hit anything at all), when I was trying to take it from the side of my backpack, the inside layer of glass separated from the outer layer of glass. Then, it exploded all over the floor of my classroom. I didn't even put hot or iced drinks in it yet, just water.Edit: It was just a fluke, and the seller was very kind and helpful, shipping me a replacement (that is very sturdy).

Sturdy, ease to clean, leak proof.I really like the it but after a few uses, the inner glass cracked. Disappointed….

This is the best glass tea infuser I have ever used! I keep it at my work to make tea in every day, and I love the sleeves that goes over it with a handle so I don't have to worry about getting burned or breaking it when I carry it around.It's also a nice size for people like me who like to drink a lot of liquid.

I've searched a long time for a large glass, double walled tea infuser - there only seem to be this one and 16 oz infusers, which are too small for me. This is big! The tea stays hot for a couple hours. I drink a lot of tea and now I don't have to constantly refill like I did with smaller infusers. It's also wide enough to properly clean by hand (others were too small in diameter to fit my hand inside). Also, and most importantly, having the diffuser at the top is so much better than ones that have it at the bottom - it makes the tea much more flavorful. Others complained that the infuser itself is cheap; it's not - it's made well and is thin but not cheap. It also holds twice the amount of tea than a smaller infuser. The only thing is that I may not be taking this in the car; it wouldn't fit in a cup holder but even if I was the passenger, it's too large to find a place for it to sit. I kept my smaller infuser for travel.
