Really very useful, I've used the pans to make a small two-layer cake and the racks to cook with, but the best use is too dry brine a steak in the fridge

It took a while to arrive. However I am very impressed with the quality of the product. I have used it a few times now and it washes really well in the dishwasher. I will definitely buy it again. Highly recommend.

They are a very nice set. I will know more when they have been washed a few times and I see if they rust. So many that are supposed to be stainless steel do rust. Time will tell!

Heavier duty stainless steel baking sheets than I was expecting. Have only used the racks at this point, the quality is top notch. Will definitely be replacing my old steel baking sheets.

We've been moving away from non-stick pots, pans, and bakeware. These are very nicely made of polished stainless steel, so anything with fats in them (cookies) hardly stick at all. Line them with parchment paper and it doesn't matter. I particularly like the racks, having half-inch square openings, so smaller items stay on the rack better. They are heavier than typical pans, but slightly lighter than "commercial" pans. They clean easily.
