I bought this for a 4 inch hatchet blade. It won’t even come close to fitting. I tried stretching it out a little and the sticking on the bottom ripped out. It might work for a 3 inch hatchet blade but not a 4 inch.

Cheap and does what it's supposed to do. Not a lot of finishing touches. Snap feels secure.Got it for a 3-inch hatchet and it's a VERY snug fit -- so much so that it took a few minutes to even find a way to close the cover. Depending on the shape of your axe head, you might be able to fit something a little bigger, but it's just as likely you won't be able to fit something smaller.

This is a really nice quality leather cover. Unfortunately, it does not fit my hatchet or my axe. It’s too small for the axe, and my hatchet has a broader shaped blade that will not allow this to snap on. This is more ideal for a small, traditional shaped hatchet with a blade that tapers down to a smaller neck.

its cute, its made ok, not handmade so you can see where the machine indented the leather while stitching. it is super small and wont fit any hatchet ive ever owned. its like a toy almost. im quite disappointed because there isnt anything i can use this for.
