Good fan, good light, good value.***Advisory*** Be sure of your install space. This unit has mounting brackets that had to be cut off for my install. The description states that no attic access is required. Due to my limited install space, the box required modification. Difficulty was due to my particular application. That said, very satisfied with the purchase.

Very good fan, very quiet, easy to install, very bright light, but the light is NOT DIMMABLE. All my bathroom lights are on one dimmer, it would have been nice to have the fan light dim with them.

I've purchased a dozen or more of these over the years. They work great, and throw off a decent amount of light. Look great too.

It's a decent fan for the money and has a pretty good light if you need more lighting. Sounds good when it's running and has a little noise to it but it isn't annoying at least to me. Bought the same one about a month ago so I bought another for the other bathroom about 3 days ago.

Got this for our smaller bathroom mounted it above the shower. My wife did not know what to think when she had it all that light in there we love it. It’s not loud but it definitely pulls air out of the room like it’s supposed to.

Great value for a bath light and fan.Installed in a new construction bathroom and I am very pleased. Nice bright light without being harsh and a quiet fan that actually moves air.Plan to purchase again to upgrade my other old noisy bathroom fan, lights.

The Fan is very quiet, the light is better than expected. The only issue I had was the cover was smaller then my previous fan cover. I trimmed it to make up difference. Overall very happy.

I had to replace and old Broan fan. I searched for a replacement motor and fan blade that I could not find to fit this model. I settled on this because of the size and the good reviews. This is a little smaller than the original one but it was so much easier to install than trying to enlarge the hole to perfectly fit a new larger one. It was not an easy install but that is not the fault of this fan.The hardest part is getting the old fan out. Chances are it was installed when the house was built before the drywall went up. Those usually are hung on brackets that go between the ceiling joists and not easy to get out from below. To center in the slightly larger opening I screwed a shim to the joist. This fan went in pretty well except for the screws provided to go through the box into the joist, they're cheap and the heads stripped easily. I suggest using hex head screws instead. Also you will need a stubby screwdriver or socket wrench to install them. Because the fan is slightly smaller than the opening I just bought a piece of craft board from the dollar store and cut it to make a flange, as pictured.Overall this worked out well. The fan is quiet and the CFM rating is higher than many fans costing a lot more.
