I was looking for a tip with a wide pattern and a good droplet size. At 20lbs of pressure ( my battery power sprayer runs at 20) it still has a pretty fast discharge rate. If your doing 1gal per thousand you still have to walk pretty quickly.I’m disabled so it’s to fast for me unless I use 2 gal per 1000. I’d like a similar tip with a bit less flow but all that I’ve tried start spraying a mist which is hard to control the coverage. This still makes nice droplets with a wide throw. Probably works fine for most people. Works well for insect control, broadcast weed spray on your lawn and liquid fertilizer and soil amendments just fine.

This is a good nozzle.But if you use it for a backpack sprayer, its spray angle hits your feet/pants. I have a workaround for it but not tested it yet. I guess its best use is for a boom sprayer.

This brown makes my walks a little longer. With a comfortable pace I can feed the front and the backyard...Noticed that if I don flush it after application Clogged a little.

I bought these to replace one broken tip on my ATV sprayer and to have a couple extras. I was pleased to find that these tips have a better pattern and larger droplet size than the tips that originally came with my sprayer. I ended up replacing all of them with these tips and will buy more as spares.
