I purchase my first one and absolutely loved it until the part where you mount the camera fell off, The wiring got damaged a bit so just to be on the safe side I purchased another one. This one started to act up as the battery is not charging fully and will actually start getting extremely hot if I did not disconnect it from the charger. Reached out to the company to try to start a warranty process since the product is really good for what it is and I would like to keep using it. Company is now sending me a replacement. So VERY happy to keep using this product. Can snowboard a full day without worrying about the battery. First used it with a GoPro Hero10, but switched to an Insta360 AcePro. Works great with both, just wish insta360 would come out with a passthrough usb door, currently have to use the mic adapter, had to use a rubber band to keep the plug in, but it works great!

I purchased this for a trip to Italy. During a test run out at a local park the top where the GoPro mounts pulled away from the selfie stick. I was not too concerned at first since I just reattached and applied superglue. First day on my trip when I set the selfie stick with the attached GoPro down on the seat of the tour bus next to me the head popped off again. Two weeks later after I returned home again with reattaching it and first time I extended the wand it came off again. I cant evaluate how long the battery life is because it never functioned long enough to run out a charge. Very disappointed.

Excellent product for go pro. Its all what you need for long recordings, it also works to charge a led light if you need or any other accesories.I record with my gopro with this and i dont need any other battery for long shootings

I bought two of these to power my DJI Osmos Action 4 cameras that I use to video tennis matches. So far I haven't had any problem with mounting the cameras on them or battery life for the duration of a three set tennis match. The battery connection to the camera is perfect length and grip itself is very sturdy and stable. I highly recommend this for those who are looking for extended battery life and a stable selfie stick.

Every gopro user needs this! So good!! It charges your gopro once it is battery empty and stopped charging once its full. I am using this in my GoPro12

I was looking for a solution to have more power on my portable action cams , this was recommended to me , and I bought one . After I tried it , I bought 2 more and they are fantastic , works as advertised and life increased a ton on my gopro12 , insta360 and Obsbot cam

I bought this as a means of extending the battery life of my GoPro beyond the three to four hours I currently get from my GoPro Volta, and I wasn’t disappointed. I acjived almost six and a half hours of continuous shooting on a single charge. The selfie stick extension is a bonus and is unique in having the power USB cable attached at the top of the stick so that it goes with the extended stick when you stretch it out.The grip itself is heavier and thicker than the Volta and several inches longer making it ideal for a two handed grip, which certainly aids stability, though I suspect a smaller person could find it awkward and tiring to handle for a long period.The charging port is well sealed and can be a tad difficult to open. You need good fingernails to open the cover,I have also used the battery with several other devices as a backup power source which is very useful.If I had to nit-pick I would say that it could really benefit from the addition of two improvements:1. The addition of a connection to attach a wrist strap or lanyard which would make using it in fast action situations feel more secure.2. The addition of tripod legs, though I suspect these would make it rather too bulky and heavy given the already thick and substantial grip.I did use it for three hours of shooting in a steady rain and it had no problems.If you are looking for a straightforward way to extend your device’s battery life with the bonus of a a well designed selfie stick that keeps the power cable at the business end of the extended stick, this is a great product for a bargain price. Just make sure you are willing to handle the weight.

**UPDATE**The seller responded quickly to this and has provided a full refund.I will update my rating and review on this based on how this is resolved.I purchased this selfie stick because it showed its ability to power a GoPro without the GoPro battery installed. Guess what... it doesn't. I keep getting an error message saying that the USB power source isn't capable enough and that its shutting down.I can perhaps deal with keeping the battery installed, but I bought this to reduce overheating of the GoPro.My second problem is shown in the attached pictures. I wasn't rough with this and upon trying to use it a second time in over 2 months, THIS happened!I'm waiting for Telesin to reply to me and make this right. I would like to think they will honor their product and their customers.
