Time will tell but I replaced one Dana 44 for bent c end and have another car also with a bent one still. This reinforcement has held up so far the thinner one that goes top and bottom also available allowed the c end to bend still. Hard terrain but I trust this one more

Have not welded them on yet. Did a trial fit and fits nice. It will be a solid gusset when completed.

easy to install, I have not disassembled the axle. the welding took around 1.5 hours per side, so that there was no heat in the axle or in the kingpin.I have a Dana 44 HD axle

35" Tires on a Dana 30 with this Gusset kit and sleeve kit. No bend yet!!!
