It works! Former Tesla owner who decided to give another EV a chance, so I leased an Audi SQ6 e-tron. I ordered and tried at least three other adapters...none of them worked. I even almost installed a 240V plug specifically for EVs. Fortunately, I ordered this adapter and it works with my Tesla home charger. Not sure if it will work with Tesla's Supercharging Network.

This device works great at enabling my 2024 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid to charge at Tesla destination chargers. The peak charging speed that I’m seeing of 6.8kw is about what I expected. No need to spend more money on a similar adapter from another company.

Works well - converted Tesla wall charger to this to charge our VW - only thing I notice is that the plug gets very hot when charging.
