Wiring Instructions:
It can be installed horizontally or vertically. "+" connects to the positive pole, and "-" connects to the negative pole.
You don't need to install a switch. The 10-30V reading light already has its own touch switch.
The high-quality color temperature control ensures a warmer color temperature at the touch of a built-in touch button. While the LED lights dim so softly, the comfort of your room will also increase. And nothing will stop you from having the perfect night of bliss.
To turn the light on or off you just press the touch dimmer switch briefly. Brightness can be adjusted by holding down the switch. To reverse the dimming, you release the switch briefly and press again within one second. The LED light can be dimmed to a wide range of brightness and will remain at that respective level. The light keeps this brightness until the next change.

This light puts out a constant high pitch noise. The light is bright. I would prefer it be a Phillips screw to mount to the wall plate instead of an Allen screw, in case adjustments are needed later.

Images can be deceiving. The lamp was smaller than I expected it would be. I thought the base would be bigger to cover up the existing hole from the fixture I am replacing.

I reviewed the model GM-EP=L0286/USB/BM.Pros: Very uniform spot with no "hot spots" in the beam. Good brightness range for a reading light. Two-year warranty. Compact size (see image). Blue "night light" really does turn completely off. The USB charging port is handy.Cons: The touch control is only the little ring between the two blue light LEDs. You need to be pretty specific when you control the light. Not a big deal though, so I didn't subtract any stars for that. Also, they don't specify the power output of the USB charging port, that would be nice to know.This is a reading "spot light" (about 60 degree cone of light, full angle) not an "area" light. Which is what I wanted. The color temperature is "warm white" which is what I wanted for a light to use before going to sleep.At a distance of 3 feet (which is a bit far away actually) I measured this light's brightness to be 215 lux when fully on and 57 lux when dimmed as low as it would go. I didn't measure the brightness of the blue night light, but it is good enough for a night light.Lighting industry standards are that light for casual reading should be 150 lux, which this light will easily do. The same standards indicate that general bedroom lighting should be in the 50 to 150 lux range, again, something that this light does perfectly.This light is bright enough that, if you got a bit closer to it, you could do detailed work such as using tweezers or getting a screw into a pair of eyeglasses.

Bought this to use as a portable light for camping or emergency use. Instead of wiring to a boat or RV electrical system, I wired it to a 12 volt cigarette lighter plug so that it will work off any 12 volt cigarette lighter outlet in any vehicle. To add to it's versatility, I placed adhesive magnetic dots on the back and now it can be placed on any metal surface such as the side of my camper van to light up the campsite at night. I can also use this at home with my 265 watt portable battery generator which has the 12 volt cigarette lighter outlet built in and have light at home when the power goes out.Prior to coming up with the idea to make my own portable camping light I have wasted time and money on ready made battery operated portable camping lights that always seem to find a way to stop working after a week or two of use. They either stopped charging or no longer turn on and any charging ports they had for charging mobile devices never worked. Unlike those ready made ones this light feels solid and made with durable materials meant to last. Yes it's heavier, but that's the trade off for having something that's more durable. It's by no means flimsy at all. Expect this to last a good amount of time. As of right now I'm very happy with it!

Bought these to replace the map lights in the cabin of my 34 sea ray. The nightlight feature is great. I assumed being led they would be bright white/daylight but they are warm white in color. I should have paid better attention. But they work nice. Very happy with them.
