The pole will not stay together. Tried it in many different places thinking it had to go together differently to hold together but it seems to be stripped in on of the areas.Really wanted to like it but not worth the money in my opinion and is to late to send back.

Well made and the angle is right on for cleaning the dead stuff. Good value something you can use every year.

The handle sections are friction fit and come apart when pulling the rake. The actual tine part works well but without a good handle it is really hard to use.

Amazing how much thatch this baby rakes up!! I’ll rake using a back & forth motion, with rake keeping contact with lawn the whole time, & it pulls up so much thatch! Way more than I even thought was there!! What’s nice is while pulling towards you it rakes up the thatch, but then rake pushing away from you & it easily separates the thatch from the rake, making it easy to pick up the pile of material.I will add this puppy does give you a good workout. So only use in a small yard. Mine is maybe 500 sq.ft and I can’t do it all in 1 day lol so I break it up into manageable shifts. Anything over 500sq.ft & you may want to consider an electric/automatic dethatcher
