I bought this mat to put on my on my concrete workshop floor to cushion my feet from standing all day. It was a lot cheaper than buying the mats designated for that. I could not be more pleased with this item. As a matter of fact, I need to buy some more of them. The thickness is just right for rolling carts across it and it doesn’t get hung up.

I didn't realize my feet hurt until I used this fabulous mat! It was an "AH" moment. It is firm but soft. You don't sink into it but is somehow works like it anyway. Fabulous. I expected the same Ole same Ole. Was I happily surprised!!!!! I can't say enough about how great it is. I also love the size. I was always trying to get my feet spread wide and catching the edge of the other mat. ( normal size) this one you can stretch as far and wide as you want. And if your older and worry about falling, this one will catch you. All you have to think about while exercising!!!!super happy.

Ignore the picture about the layers. This is a single layer foam with diamond plate texture on top. There are no slip resistant dots on the bottom and it slides readily on my tile floor. It is also not 10mm thick. It does cushion decently

I wasn’t exactly sure how big this yoga mat was but it is perfect for two people! My husband is 6’2” and fits him perfectly. The pad is about a half an inch to 3/4 of an inch thick. It’s very comfortable and very adorable. It rolls up nice and neat and tight for you to slide under a bed or in the corner of a room.

Well my original plan was to use this mat for a work out mat. What I like about it ia that you can roll it back up and it has straps to keep it rolled up and you can store it easily. But my husband had other plans. He drives a truck and he needed some soft mats for his sleeper section. So he took it and used it in his truck. He loves the thickness of it so he has something soft to stand on when getting in and out of bed. Now I have to order me another one. So it has multiple uses.

It works out. I needed to put my bicycle on something can't go wrong.The price is decent definitely getting more. Decent quality.
