About 1/8 inch too short. Have to take the hopper off to plunge the last tiny bit, which is not that big of a deal. It may be my machine too, who knows.Better too short than too long I suppose.

It was too big for my meat grinder. Had to use the handle side and it was a little loose causing the grinded meat to push back out of the hole due to the air space while trying to stuff sausage casing.

Okay, other than looking like a bad knock off sex toy, it works great for my 30 plus year old KitchenAid mixer. Made 6 lbs of sausage yesterday and was able to stuff the pork into the grinder without any problems. So, really good price and works great. And, well, enough said.

The wooden meat pusher from my Kitchen Aid grinder attachment disappeared and I use that grinder frequently. After reading the reviews for the plastic replacement now sold by that company, I decided to look for other options. This meat pusher fits my grinder perfectly. It's sturdy, dishwasher safe, comfortable to use, and nothing leaks up around the sides of the pusher when I'm using it, even if what I'm pushing through has already been ground. I haven't used it for sausage making but it's a gem as a replacement for the K.A. food grinder if your wooden pusher decides to disappear also! I totally recommend it.
