Used these for a bourbon sampling, worked very nicely, small in size but good for samples.

We use these for parties where we do multiple tastings. People love them for the "cuteness" factor but it also keeps us to help people not over indulge (unless the want, who am I to judge). They feel just as solid as a full size Glencairn, easy to hold. Great addition to our home barware.

I got these and regular Glencarin style glasses. Most everyone prefers the wee Glencarin ones! Great for tasting. So good we now give them as gifts 😍

Bought these for an event at the restaurant I manage. I knew they would be a bitter smaller than our standard glen cairn glasses, but we are only doing 1oz pours and the smaller size helps to make it look a bit more substantial. I was surprised at how expensive these feel for the price. Usually the cheaper the glass, the more heavier and clunky they feel. These feels like a nice crystal glass with no bumps or bubbles in the glass. All arrived intact. Great purchase!

I've been using the standard Glencairn glasses for whisky tastings with friends for about four years now and truly enjoy them. The only drawback I've noticed with the standard ones is that you get the best nosing with a 1oz to 1.5oz pour. Problem is, if you want to try a dozen different whiskies in one sitting 18oz of whisky is a bit much (at least for me!) so I bought these hoping that I'd get a similar nosing with only a 1/2oz pour. So far I haven't been disappointed. I did multiple side-by-side comparisons pouring the same whisky into both glasses so that they took up proportionally the same space in each glass (1oz in the standard and 1/2oz in the WEE) and discovered that yes indeed, the WEE Glencairn yields almost the same nose as the standard one with a much smaller pour. In some cases I even think the WEE yields a better nose with a 1/2oz pour than the standard does with 1oz. Some of the whiskies tried were Glenmorangie 10, 12, and 14, Macallan 12, Laphroaig 10, Ardbeg 10, Lagavulin 16, Ardbeg Uigeadail, Caol Ila 12, Balcones Lineage, Balcones Texas Single Malt, Balcones High Rye Bourbon, plus a few others.Bottom line: if you like the standard Glencairn glasses and you're looking to sample many different kinds of whisky side by side with smaller pours in each glass these are definitely the way to go!
