It does what it's supposed to do.My only complaint - and this applies to all power supplies with modular cable systems - is that there's no part number sticker on the cable so you can't look up what power supply it's supposed to work with and what's it's supposed to do. If you collect a mess of them over the years, this is a pain. And dangerous if you guess wrong since they all use the same connectors.Installed mine with a white Gigabyte AORUS WiFi 7 board.

Needed this to replace my old 460watt psu for an upgrade to a higher 1070 ti GPU card that needs 550 watts to work which 460 watts wouldn't be able to handle. The form factor/size dimension was practically the same making it an easy fit into the case. All the cabling for 4pin CPU, 24 pin motherboard, Sata hard drives, optical drive and ports that need power and 6+2 peripherals to connect GPU were available. Runs quietly and performance is excellent. Highly recommend. Another reviewer mentioned it worked well with his Dell XPS 8900 so I got this power supply after a 750 watt from another brand wouldn't work. This was verified by a technician who tested it. Maybe the motherboard has a power surge protection to prevent damage/burning of circuits if wattage is too high.

Es la mejor oferta que pude encontrar al momento de armar la PC. Cero ruido, y buena cantidad de conexiones. Se ve que es de calidad. Quizá un pequeño error de novato fue pensar que por ser un gabinete full-tower, tendría espacio para meter los sobrantes de esta fuente no modular, y subestimé lo espaciosos y desastrosos que pueden resultar; sin embargo, el precio lo compensa para mí. La recomiendo ampliamente, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que fuentes de menor potencia tienden a resultar más caras con certificación Gold

Todo está excelente solo que no me di cuenta de que no trae conexión de 8 pines para cpu así que me faltaron conectores pero creo que a menos que hagas overclock no ocurre nada.

Unlike other brands for PSUs (Power Supply), Thermaltake prices theirs reasonably. I Recently built a computer and had to cut costs where I could to save money. A $150 power supply was out of the Question. This Psu is very quiet. I have my Case set up next to me and i cant hear it. Its powerful and hasnt given me any problems so far. Seems reliable and consistent with power output. If you're building a pc and dont wanna over do the PSU get this one. Remember tho, this PSU is non modular. It brings a cord for GPU(Compatible with heavy power GPUs like 2070 super), CPU, MOTHERBOARD, and 2 seperate ones for powering HDD/SSD/Fans

No hace mucho ruido, con audifonos ni se escucha y tengo el gabinete a lo mucho a 40 cm de mi, para mi la parte de gold compensa la parte de no ser modular, digo, una fuente de calidad mayor a buen precio, igual o mayor que las bronce o white, me dio un poco de lata acomodar los cables, si los conectores de alimentacion sata hubieran sido 1.5 cm mas largos se hubiera llevado de maravilla con mi gabinete, quedo un poco raro, pero los cables se esconden y problema resuelto, hasta ahora funciona y creo fue buena inversion, una gold que cuidara bien mi grafica
