Worked great just had the right holding screw casement broke before installing it. It's plastic but I don't know if it was broke when we received it or when installing. It still works just not as good as it should be because it's loose holding together.

I was skeptical when my husband decided to order this. However, once it was set up properly, it allowed us to easily position our de-humidifier so that it can drain into our basement laundry sink, which is about three feet higher off the ground than where the water otherwise would drain from the de-humidifier. The pump also gives us the flexibility to move the de-humidifier to other locations where we would otherwise need to elevate the de-humidifer to get proper drainage.
