Engine Coolant Thermostat is made by mature compression molding process, guaranteed quality.
Maintain the engine temperature by regulating the flow of coolant to and from the engine.

Installation Steps:

  1. Gather all the necessary tools, which may include a socket wrench, pliers, screwdrivers and coolant.
  2. Drain the coolant from the radiator by opening the drain valve. Ensure that the coolant drains completely.
  3. Remove the old thermostat housing assembly by loosening the screws or bolts that hold it in place. Use pliers to carefully remove any hoses or wires that may be connected to it.
  4. Clean the area where the old thermostat housing assembly was located. Remove any residue or debris that may interfere with the proper installation of the new assembly.
  5. Install the new thermostat housing assembly in the same location where the old one was removed. Ensure that it is secured firmly in place using the screws or bolts.
  6. Reconnect any hoses or wires that were disconnected during the removal process. Ensure that they are properly secured.
  7. Refill the radiator with coolant. Start the engine and check for any leaks. If there are none, the replacement process is complete.
