Not sure it this actually does anything but it can't hurt. I like that it has a built-in counter although I don't think it is very accurate. It doesn't offer much resistance even at the highest setting so doesn't feel like much of a workout. It seems solid and not cheaply made. It's comfortable on the inside of the thighs. Only time will tell it it helps improve bladder control.

In theory, the Thigh Master is a good idea. After using this hip trainer a few times, I’m not sure if it’s doing anything, but can’t hurt. The construction is a bit on the wimpy side and probably wouldn’t hold up after extensive use. The pads really don’t stay in place on my inner thighs, but they may work well with someone built differently. Quality over all is light duty at best. Overall, it reminds me of the infomercials back in the day but the quality isn’t the same.

I really like this as a way to work out my inner thighs, but I found that the tension mechanism was not super user-friendly. I still recommend this though, because when you have fiddled around with it enough, it works the way you want!

This totally felt like a throw-back to the 90s with a "thigh master"! But it's so good! It's really easy to figure out how to use it and the counter of it is very useful.I find that the counter sometimes double counts a squeeze. I think it's when I squeeze it all the way closed and hold it. It's a little annoying, but I'm not really using the counter to keep track. The adjustment is really good. When it's adjusted to the firmest setting I can't close it! The pads are also adjustable and rotate to different angles. This is useful for using the equipment for different types of exercises, not just the squeezing. Overall I'm really pleased I got this and it's kinda fun!

This is a really nice exerciser to use. It’s made very nice, the two pads are thick and soft and make it comfortable to exercise. There’s a built in smart counter (counts each complete close you do with your legs, arms or back, etc. Included is pamphlet showing six different ways to exercise but they don’t tell you how is “how to clear the counter” close the trainer holding the pads together and it takes est. 5 seconds and the counter goes back to zero.It can set the resistance and increase it at your speed. It’s not a huge item but compact. When it showed working the muscles in your shoulders and back makes this a good workout. For the price you’re not going to find anything close to this with the same quality. Revommend

This item was gotten for pelvic floor exercises and it definitely targets them. It’s easier for me to use this device instead of trying to target the muscles on my own. I plan to use this daily to strengthen these muscles. I love the color and am happy to add it this tool to my gym equipment. Love that it’s adjustable.

So this is really an updated thigh-master type product but it does have adjustable tension and a digital counter. The tension adjuster works well and that makes the workout harder or easier depending on the person or goal. The counter isn't all that accurate though as it sometimes double counts your movements, then goes right back to counting accurately! I did overdo it the first time trying it out because the next day I had some very sore leg muscles that apparently I had not been training or using in a while! This is a good item to keep on the couch so while watching TV you can get some training in (for whatever you want to use it for: thighs, pelvic floor, etc.) because you can get a lot done just watching a single episode of something. Maybe instead of relying on the [unreliable] counter, you can do sets in time increments as I have never gotten a consistently reliable reading on the counter. I would recommend this item as it's small and useful and doesn't take a lot of time to feel your workout!

I dont know if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I'm not getting anything from this. It constantly slips from where I place it and I don't feel anything afterward, even doing lots of reps on the most tense settings.
