The plastic portion of the tube is fine. Why doesn't it have the 8" rubber hose as equipped from Chevrolet?

I purchase 2 of these the first week of March because they are inexpensive and wanted a extra on hand. The one on the left in my pics is the stock one taken off my 2013 Chevy Sonic 1.8 liter. The one on right is this product. As you can see, it was completely assembled WRONG! Will NOT wrap around rear of engine like this. I checked both that I purchased, and they are assembled incorrect for this vehicle. 2013 Chevy Sonic 1.8. Now, I had to heat the pipe up, and turn it in correct position, which might potentially cause a weak spot for coolant leakage. Only time will tell. Just know, if purchased, you may have to heat up and turn the part that goes into the outlet port on throttle body to correct position.
