I have recently gotten my feet wet with fly fishing with some great video tutorials. I found online, this not tire made things a breeze.

This type of fishing-knot tying tool appears to surpass all other methods - according to its claim - that all coils of the knot are tightly wrapped around the tag end of the line. Further, if tying a hook, the length of the tag end is firmly pressed against the shank of the hook with all coils wrapped around it. A good instructional video is available for the tying tool branded as 'TIE-Fast' which covers all the situations including fly tying, joining two lines (or leader to main)*, the snelled hook, and the swivel. As a reminder, wrapping the coil onto the tool begins by using the slot at the tip, so you can wrap rearward. This is only mentioned in the first example, but applies to all the knot tying examples.*Includes monofilament leader to braided main line.

Poor instruction. Easy to figure it how to use by watching you tube. By the way what is the sharp point and back end used for.

Great product. With age, the fat fingers don't work like they used to. This is a big help to tying simple knots that work.
