The thickness of the snaps is very thin compared to similar snaps I typically use, but I think this is a good price for the variety of colors and sizes you get. Only time will tell whether the thickness makes a difference or not. However, I will say the thinner snaps might be better suited for some projects because there's less bulk and they are not as heavy, so they won't make the fabric flop over in certain applications. I may even end up liking these better than what I've used in the past. It's also nice that they come in their own case to keep them organized.

I used these to make a seatbelt webbing wallet. The instructions are clear and they are easy to put in. I carry the wallet everyday and the clasp is holding up well.

These work great and are very handy to apply a closure to a handbag, purse or just about anything. I use them mainly on purses, I cover the snap hardware that is exposed with a small dot using the same material. Just glue the dot over the exterior snap hardware and the snap is no longer exposed (E-6000) glue works excellent on gluing fabric to metal. Have a great day

I haven't installed one yet but the finish is decent and the magnets are good quality.
