I am so happy with this purchase! This hat has large rim and really protects my face and neck from the sun. It has a cooling top so head does not get super hot. There is nothing worse than a floppy brim, drives me nuts and this is wonderfully firm. And the hat is attractive, comfortable. Measure your head to make sure this hat is correct size. Highly recommend.

I almost returned this thinking it was too small, but then. I saw there is a thing on the top back of the hat that lets you make it smaller. This definitely wouldn't fit a kid or someone with a small head. I've got it as small as it can go, and it is just small enough to fit me. It's a nice hat. It was delivered folded over (did they have a choice?) so it may take a while to retrain it.

The hat is stylish, attractive and well made but due to the volume of hair there were sizing issues.Sadly, we had to return this item as it was a little snug. Had it been available in a larger size it would have been a winner.

Other report that the hat folding was an issue. I find that the hat looks normal when worn, and it is easier to travel with when folded. I use it to mow and used on the Current river float last weekend, great selection!

I was looking for a larger brim sun protection hat that would protect my neck as well. This is the perfect hat! I originally purchased it for working in the yard but I love it so much I not only use it for working in the yard but during my times outside for my job and have taken it on a few walks. So far it has been wonderful! Love how large the brim is, all over coverage and the adjustable strap. I love it so much I even bought another and gifted it to a friend.Highly recommend it!

Maybe if you are 6 feet tall and have a very large head circumference, this hat would suit you. It is well made and the materials are good quality. It is cute, and has an adjustable pull cord that makes the head circumference smaller. However the hat is just big. BIG. Even with the adjustable cord pulled tight so the hat circumference fit my head, the crown of the hat came down nearly over my eyes. The crown of the hat is that large. The hat brim is huge too, especially in the back where it hung down to the middle of my shoulder blades. OK, it is supposed to protect the back of your neck from the sun, but the material is so stiff that it was like a board hanging against my back. Not a good design for me. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, and I thought that maybe it would fit my 5 feet 8 inch daughter but the crown of the hat was still too huge for her head circumference. I sent it back and got an immediate refund. If it had fit me, I would have kept it.

It is the best hat for hot summer days.It covers and protects your head, neck and shoulders from the sun. The net on the sides allows it to vent and helps to keep you cool. The chin strap keeps it on my head. It was a little too big for me but the chin strap can be adjusted.

Finally a hat that keeps the sun off my face and neck!! I have searched for a hat with a wide enough brim to cover my face and neck that isn't floppy and has a firm enough brim to stay up out of my line of sight. I do a lot of work outside and it is essential to keep the sun exposure to a minimum. This hat is amazing. It can be folded for storage and pops back in shape for use. I like the vents on the sides to let in a little air in on those super hot days. I would definitely recommend.
