Your cart is empty. Eliminate the need for a spotter and focus on the eccentric phase of your lifts with these Eccentric Hooks. The Eccentric Hook Extensions extend up to 51" versus the base model, which extends to 35". Simply remove the short extension from the Eccentric Hooks and replace them with the expanded attachment. Then attach the hooks to the end of your barbell to front-load your first rep with extra weight on the "negative" portion of your lift, and let the hooks drop off, leaving you with just the weight on the bar for the remainder of your set. As you reach the bottom range of movement and the angled footplates touch the ground, the hooks will release from the barbell, enabling an explosive lift.

I’ll admit that I should have read the title better….however in the picture it shows the extension piece along with the actual weight holders and pin which is misleading. This is just an extension piece, you need to make sure you buy the actual eccentric extension hooks as this is just an add on to extend the height. Just ordering this alone you can’t use them so don’t make the same mistake I did and just order these.
