I've had bigger and the next size smaller which is the smallest I believe and this one is perfect for increasing your speed while still maintaining good power. The smaller one you've got to back off on your power and the bigger ones are too slow . They hold up really well also. I bought this one for a friend but I've had mine for years and really hasn't shown much wear and tear. You have to replace that bladders occasionally but that's about it.

I bought this back in August and finally got to set it up in October. A week after using it I woke up to it being deflated and I was no longer able to inflate it with air anymore. I would not recommend buying this product but if you are really interested in it, maybe look into buying it from another source or the actual Title brand website.

5×7 came with a split seam, but still good after 2 years. 6× 8 is awesome! Light, good shape, fast bounce. People say they're popping bladders, sounds like they're over inflated. Been speed bagging for 10 years and never popped a bladder at 4 to 5 psi.

Nice size bag for a more difficult workout, however, very rough on the hands. not as smooth as advertised. Plus the finish flakes off with every hit. Got it in my eye first time I used. very uncomfortable for 2 days. I think I'll stick to everlast.

I have a lot of speed bags and this is the most difficult to work with. HOWEVER, if you're at least somewhat experienced and looking for a bag that will challenge (and improve) your speed and accuracy, you should at least consider this one. This bag is extremely light and can be quite difficult to control until you get up to speed with it. I've read some complaints about this one but I think it fulfills its intended purpose ... it's just not easy, that's all.One thing I would definitely change is the fact that the bag's loop is too tight for the swivel. Maybe some powder on the inside of the loop would make it a little easier to control until it's well broken in.Can't recommend it for beginners but those with some experience (and patience) should be able to handle it. The Pro Mex size 2 bag (red) is still my favorite.

love this bag! perfect size for more focused punches, more speedy punches. Color is quite cool, and doesn't get lost among the other bags at the gym. Laces a lil long, but easy to tuck. Loop is tight but a wider spaced hook works good. I love that it's softer on my hands and makes the work almost effortless. Been using a lil yellow pro mex bag a bit larger than this and it's still not broken in enuf to feel good when i hit it.
