Actually an amazing product - ended up buying a 2nd one. Allows my sister and I to check in on our elderly parents. Works much better than expected and very reliable. You can call in and 2-way video or just take a peak to make sure all is okay at the house. As the viewer, I can move the camera around nearly 360 degrees to view most angles. Often our parents won’t hear their cell phones ringing but will hear us on the camera yelling out for them. Slightly less reliable on the reverse and I didn’t often see a missed call from my parents - but I haven’t really looked into solving this, as it easily could be a setting on my phone. Once we get dogs again will probably put a couple of these at the house as well to check in on them. Works great!

As a fifty year old man, it amazes me that one can buy this much technology for this price. The app is not that great, but it does the job done, and the camera quality is great. I am buying another one for my parents so we can see each other at anytime ( the first one was for the cats, lol ). 👍👍

The product quality is very cheap. It can even fall with the fan wind.And the software is buggy. It took more than an hour to connect to the wifi. The camera speaker audio is extremely low. We hear own echo louder in the camera speaker.

I bought the 2 camera package to be able to watch our pets while on vacation. The cameras were great for checking in on them, the video quality is pretty good! They don't have good sound quality for calls though, and the connection seems to leg.All in all, a decent camera for the price

I have absolutely no complaints except that the SD Card will not work when I insert it.I don't want all my scans to go to 'the cloud'.I think it is great for picking up my cat although I bought it for security at my back door.

It’s nice as a pet camera. It is easy to use and the video quality isn’t bad. The app itself is very confusing. There is no option to turn the camera off from the app. There is also no power button on the device itself.

I bought this camera as a gift for my Mom for piece of mind. My Mom runs a rescue for Pitbulls and other hard to home dogs and doesn't get to leave her house much for fear something might happen to her pups while she is away. She's practically become a hermit. We downloaded the app. We opened the camera and tried to power it on. It wouldn't turn on so we charged it. It still wouldn't turn on. We tried another cord in case the cord was faulty. It still doesn't turn on. I tried all of the buttons , none are labeled with "power" and tried to reset it. I checked Amazon to see about returning and purchasing a better one. Unfortunately the time table for returns had expired so we are stuck with it.
