Who would have thought painting by numbers was fun and relaxing. You get plenty of paint. I bought extra brushes with different sizes to get into the smaller areas. Put on your favorite music and get lost in painting by numbers.

I have never tried a paint-by-the-numbers kit, so I was excited to try this one from Tocare. The kit comes with everything needed to paint a beautiful scenery.The kit includes 3 paintbrushes, wall anchors to mount the canvas, the preprinted canvas and all of the different colors of acrylic paint needed. I am really impressed with how detailed the canvas design is. There are lots of tiny details that need to be painted, each with the number corresponding to the paint color to use. This particular scenery requires 25 different colors. I also like that there are 3 paintbrushes, so it is possible to work on 3 colors at a time before having to clean the brushes. The acrylic paint are all numbered and sealed well. The kit comes with detailed instructions, and they recommend to start with light colors first so that a darker color can be used if a mistake is made. It is a nice kit and really allows me to learn about color usage without needing any expertise.

A decent budget paint by numbers kit.A very good amount of intricate areas to paint.I like that they give you a paper legend to spot the areas that correspond to the numbers.My only gripe would be the creases in the canvas. I would have preferred it being packaged in a manor that was rolled up. That way there would be no nasty creases to contend with.
