Use tips:
1.Remove warmer from outer package
2.Peel off paper backing from warmer and attach it to your socks
3.Warmer reaches full heat in 15-30 minutes
4.If heat decreases, expose warmer to air, it will heat up again.
6.Carefully peel off warmer from socks when not in use
7.Dispose when packet no longer heats up.
Tip: Packet may puff up a little bit during heating, best worn with shoes that aren’t overly tight.
Notice: Heating time varies with exposure level and surrounding temperature.

These little things work great!! I started using them years ago when I rode my bicycle. I live in New Orleans so it doesn't get as cold as up north, but the high humidity makes it feel a lot colder than it was. I'd put them on the bottom of my socks,and sometimes on the top also. They worked great. That was 30 years ago. I don't ride the bike anymore, but my feet still get cold! It's still somewhat warm in New Orleans so I have use any yet,but I'm ready when it does get cold!

Nothing to dislike.I live in the Northeast and sometimes have very cold winters. I'm fortunate enough to have a home and a reliable vehicle; there are others that do not. I bought them to give out to homeless people I see on the street; as I don't participate in any winter outdoor activities anymore. I purchased this brand because at the time it was the best price on the web. There is another brand (I thought was overpriced) that starts with the letter 'H' and ends with the name of your extremity at the end of your wrist. I'm very good at Internet Reconnaissance (my occupation Intelligence Research Specialist) and surfed the Web high and low for the best price, similar quality and product quantity. See title.
