Esta prensa para tofu ha sido una adición útil a mi cocina. La he utilizado para hacer queso y el resultado ha sido excelente. El producto trae todas sus piezas y realiza su función de manera efectiva, permitiendo prensar el tofu o el queso de manera uniforme y consistente.Sin embargo, el único inconveniente es que la prensa llegó con algunas manchas, lo cual fue decepcionante. I was super skeptical about this product, but it does what it says! When I load too much yogurt in coffee filters, I can adjust with a couple of tight elastics. No matter what I've thrown at it, the product is a champ!
